- You would like to update your address for vehicle, driver, or ID information in the MVD records system

How should I enter information into the form?
You enter information into the form by typing it in directly using your computer keyboard.

You can include any dashes, dollar signs, or commas, as necessary.

Can I make changes after all the information has been entered?
Yes, after you have entered all the information, you can still go back and make corrections.

What if I enter the wrong information?
If you make an error typing in the information, simply go back, delete the wrong information, and enter the correct information.

Should I save a copy of my completed form before I send it to MVD?
You cannot save a copy of the completed form on your computer, but once you complete the forms, you can print out a copy for your records.

What do I do with the completed and printed form when I get to the MVD Office?
When you get to the MVD Agent Window to conduct your transaction please let the MVD Agent know that you have already completed a Print, Fill and GO form. The MVD Agent will provide any further instructions necessary.
