 Sample ("WELCOME") Plates

Sample license plates are sold for a fee of $5.00 each to anyone requesting a plate. The sample plate is mailed to students at no charge if they indicate that it will be used for a school project. Only one plate per school or class is allowed at no charge. Sample plates may be exchanged with other states and government agencies for samples from their jurisdiction.
