How do I register to vote at the MVD?

Voter registration applications are available at MVD offices. For customers obtaining a driver’s license or identification card, the clerk will provide you with Instructions for Completing Voter Registration Form. You will be required to complete your voter registration online. Anyone visiting an MVD office can ask for a Voter Registration Form and assistance in completing the form. We will forward your signed Voter Registration Form to the County Clerk’s office. The County Clerk will then verify all the information and will send you your voter registration identification card.
